We're partnering with the best home improvement contractors to offer their customers an Extra 10 Year Warranty.
These warranties normally retail between £295 and £995 depending on the scope of the home improvement project, but participating contractors can offer them to their customers completely free of charge.
If your contractor has offered you an Extra 10 Year Warranty you can CHECK that it has been registered here.
Don't forget to ACTIVATE your warranty no more than 60 days and no less than 28 days before it's due to start.

The Extra 10 Year Warranty is a non-insurance backed Service Contract ("Service Contract") between All Checked Limited (Company reg. 8227939) which has its registered office at Highgate House, 134 Highgate, Kendal, LA9 4HW (We, us) and the purchaser of home improvements from a participating contractor (You, yours).
The Service Contract will commence at 00.01 am on the day after the 10th anniversary of project completion and will run for a period of 10 years. ("Service Period").
Service Contract Charges
There will be no charge to you for the provision of the Service Contract.
Your home improvement purchase must be registered by your contractor within 28 days of project completion. Registrations can be made using the Register form on this website.
You can check that your home improvement purchase has been registered using the Check form on this website.
The Service Contract must be activated by you in order to take effect. You can activate the Service Contract using the Activate form on this website. You must activate the Service Contract no more than 60 days and no less than 28 days prior to the commencement of the Service period.
If you wish to make a claim during the Service Period you can do so using the Claim form on this website.
We may ask you to supply digital evidence to substantiate any claims you make. We reserve the right to arrange for an assessor to visit your property to assess any claims. If an assessment is required the cost will be borne equally by you and us.
Here’s what’s covered by the Service Contract:
If any part of, or all of the home improvement product(s) fail due to defects in the original manufacture, we will repair or replace the defective components free-of-charge during the Service Period.
Here’s what’s not covered by the Service Contract:
Prior to the commencement of the Service period we may ask you to supply digital evidence to help us determine the condition of the home improvements to be covered. We also reserve the right to arrange an inspection of the home improvements at any time. If an inspection is required the cost will be borne equally by you and us.
Please note that the Service Contract will be between you an us only and will not be transferable.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the Laws of England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Why not offer your customers an Extra 10 Year Warranty? One that comes into effect after your guarantee ends.
If any of your customers make a claim during the Extra 10 year Warranty period we’ll cover the costs of rectifying the problem, either by paying you or another recommended business to take care of the work. There will be no risk or obligation on your part.
